Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed with 97 Auto Parts on our website, by phone, by WhatsApp or in person. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.

2. Shipping and delivery

We ship to all countries. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by destination and shipping company. The customer must check the package on delivery and report any visible damage to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.

3. Warranty

New parts: 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Used parts: 10-day warranty from the date of purchase.
No warranty on: electrical parts, and maintenance / service parts (filters, brake pads, brake discs, spark plugs and similar wear parts).
The warranty does not cover: wrong installation, accidents, misuse or modification of the part.

A warranty claim needs the invoice.

4. Exchanges and returns

Electrical parts are not exchanged or returned.

5. Cancellations

An order can be cancelled as long as the part has not left our warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

6. Complaints

Any complaint must be sent to us in writing, by email or WhatsApp, within 7 days of delivery.
